A mí siempre me ha gustado preparar comidas al aire libre y buscar cualquier excusa para organizar un evento especial en el que poder sorprender a alguien. El año pasado, por el cumple de mi hermano, se me ocurrió organizarle un picnic sorpresa en el campo. Hoy te cuento los detalles de este picnic y te doy algún consejito para inspirarte a crear el tuyo.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px” image_repeat=”no-repeat”][vc_column_text]Para conseguir un picnic excepcional, lo primero es buscar una buena localización. Lo ideal es que el picnic esté cerca de un árbol o una zona con sombra. Esto nos dará más comodidad y la comida se convertirá en un verdadero placer. Si además es de fácil acceso, mucho mejor, piensa que tendrás que llevarte todos tus bártulos, la comida, la nevera…[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px” image_repeat=”no-repeat”][vc_column_text]Una vez tenemos el sitio escogido, lo siguiente sería pensar en las tonalidades del picnic y los elementos de soporte que utilizaremos. En mi caso, decidí centrar el picnic en tonos rosas y verdes y me ayudé de cajas, manteles, mantas, flores (nunca pueden faltar), una guirnalda hecha con trozos de tela… y mi adorada cestita blanca, para crear un picnic de ensueño.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px” image_repeat=”no-repeat”][vc_column_text]Ahora toca pensar en el tipo de comida que colocaremos, debe ser sencilla pero sabrosa. Un picnic al aire libre es una comida relajada, normalmente se come con las manos o con cubiertos ligeros de madera. Puedes seguir una estructura de menú como hice yo y empezar con un aperitivo con croquetas, chips, olivas y continuarlo con una ensalada de pasta o la clásica tortilla de patata. En las fotos verás que hasta coloqué una tabla de foie porque a mi hermano le encanta, fue un detalle que le sorprendió muchísimo.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px” image_repeat=”no-repeat”][vc_column_text]En un picnic tampoco puede faltar el momento dulce, al ser su cumpleaños, encargué una tarta que adorné con unos cake toppers de los más originales y que puedes hacer tú misma. Sólo se trata de pensar en la persona a la que quieres sorprender y adaptar las ideas, cuando mi hermano vio una gallina, una vaca o un perro sobre la tarta, no podía parar de reír.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px” image_repeat=”no-repeat”][vc_column_text]Y llega el momento de la sobremesa, ¿a quién le apetece un café con leche con vistas al monte o quizás un chupito de crema de orujo?
