Naia Elgezabal me contó que se creó con la intención de ofrecer un espacio donde los food trucks de distintos lugares y de diferente comida, estacionasen durante un fin de semana para que la gente pudiera disfrutar de una comida sana y deliciosa en plena calle. Además los food truck market suelen estar acompañados de juegos y música en directo.
